Terms of Service

These terms govern shipping with Tern Express Network A/S, CVR 33 45 88 12, Sundkaj 9, Copenhagen. By tendering a shipment you accept them together with the CMR and Montreal conventions where they apply.
Our promise: each service level carries a published delivery window. If we miss it for reasons within our control, shipping charges for that consignment are automatically credited — no claim form required.
Your part: declare contents honestly, pack to survive a one-metre drop, and keep prohibited goods (there’s a list, it’s short and sensible) out of the network. Undeclared dangerous goods void every liability and make our safety team genuinely sad.
Liability: standard cover is €5,000 per parcel and convention limits for freight, with declared-value cover available at booking. Claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery; we settle accepted claims within 5 working days.
The boring but important bits: Danish law applies, venue is Copenhagen, and if one clause fails the rest keep flying. Questions to legal@tern.express.
